The legal contract between the user of software and the developer or seller. It tends to set out in detail the rights and restrictions in the use of the software. This is often done through a simple click to accept. Such agreements often contain limitations on liability for the developer or seller, warnings about appropriate use, and choice of jurisdiction should an issue arise. Questions relating to informed consent in such agreements are significant. EULAs can be dozens of pages long and written in highly technical and legalistic wording.
