Elaine Gibson

Elaine Gibson is the associate director of the Health Law Institute and an associate professor in the Faculty of Law at Dalhousie University. Her areas of expertise include health law, privacy law, and negligence. She participates in a number of research projects concerning the privacy and confidentiality of electronic health information.
