François Larocque
François Larocque is vice-dean and associate professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa, where he teaches tort law. He has also taught history and theory of common law, public law, and constitutional law. His research and legal practice relate mainly to transnational human rights litigation and language rights.
