H. Archibald Kaiser

H. Archibald Kaiser is a professor at the Schulich School of Law and holds a cross-appointment in the Department of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University. He teaches criminal law, criminal procedure, and mental disability law in the Law School, and legal issues in psychiatry in the residency training program. His publications and external lectures are in the same subject areas. He has been involved with many organizations that advocate for persons with mental health problems, including the Healthy Minds Cooperative, reachAbility, the Canadian Mental Health Association, Nova Scotia division, and the Mental Health and the Law Advisory Committee of the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
