Jocelyn Downie

Jocelyn Downie, SJD, FRS C, FCAHS , holds a Canada Research Chair and is a professor in the Faculties of Law and Medicine at Dalhousie University. She teaches in the areas of health law and legal ethics. Recent books include the fourth edition of Canadian Health Law and Policy (co-edited with Timothy Caulfield and Colleen Flood, Toronto: LexisNexis, 2011) and Being Relational: Reflections on Relational Theory and Health Law (co-edited with Jennifer Llewellyn, Vancouver: University of British Columbia Press, 2011).
