Recipient of the OCLA’s Conference Assistance Bursary Announced

Irwin Law is pleased to announce that Anne Sutherland from the Renfrew County Law Association in Pembroke has been awarded the 2004 OCLA Conference Assistance Bursary. This bursary, which is co-sponsored by Irwin Law and the Ontario Courthouse Librarians’ Association (OCLA), enables a member of the OCLA to attend the Canadian Association of Law Libraries conference. Many members work in small libraries and do not have budgets that can cover the cost of any continuing education opportunities. Ms. Sutherland has been a member of the OCLA for 16 years, and this will be her first CALL conference. Congratulations Anne!

The 42nd annual CALL conference will be held in Quebec City from May 16 to May 19, 2004.
