Bram Noble

Bram Noble, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Saskatchewan. He specializes in environmental assessment with a focus on cumulative effects and strategic assessment. He has served as an advisor on environmental assessment to industry, Indigenous governments, and numerous national and international panels and agencies and has worked as a consultant on both project impact assessments and regional cumulative effects initiatives.
