Emily Bala

Emily Bala has a BA from Yale College and a JD from the University of Toronto. She has worked as a research assistant at the law schools at the University of Toronto and Queen’s University, and as a summer law student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon in Toronto. She served as a law clerk to Chief Justice McLachlin at the Supreme Court of Canada in 2011–12. In 2012–13, she will be an LLM student at Harvard Law School.
