Fiona Sampson

Fiona Sampson is the Director of Litigation at the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF). Fiona has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada as counsel for LEAF in the NAPE and Auton cases. Fiona has a Ph.D. in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. The focus of her Doctoral thesis was the judicial treatment of gendered disability discrimination. Dr. Sampson was recently recognized by the Law Society of Upper Canada for her work relating to the advancement of women’s equality rights in Canada.
